Lazy Lizard Losing Layers

This awesome girl seemed to pose for this image with my camera viewing from 72 mm,  I was only about two feet away when I captured this image. Reason would normally lead one to believe that getting that close to a lizard would frighten it away. I believe however that because of the skin shedding on the tail she was less worried about me the passing photographer.
